Bowers' Left Wrist Wrapped

Laurence Bowers took to the floor at the Sprint Center this afternoon with his left wrist wrapped in white tape. Bowers, according to one Missouri official, may have a strained ligament, an injury suffered at mid-season but aggravated in practice on Monday.

The injury is to Bowers’ non-shooting hand, so it is not anticipated to hinder him offensively. But he will have the wrist heavily wrapped when Missouri opens Big 12 Tournament play in Kansas City at 2 p.m. on Wednesday against Nebraska.
