Mizzou Hoops Recruiting Class Ranks No. 12 in the Nation

Missouri's four-man class in the early signing period has landed the Tigers of Coach Mike Anderson a No. 12 national ranking from Rivals.com for the college basketball recruiting class of 2010.
That is the highest of any team from the Big 12 Conference.
Texas A&M ranked No. 21 and Baylor No. 24.
The rankings will be posted again following the late spring recruiting period. But MU, according to Rivals officials, is likely to stay in the top 25 even then.
Strong forward Tony Mitchell (No. 15 overall nationally) gave the MU class a ranking boost when he joined point guard Phil Pressey, shooting guard Ricky Kreklow and power forward Kadeem Green as future Tigers.
Here's the way Rivals.com put it:
"Coach Mike Anderson has been known for overachieving with under-the-radar prospects, but this class has some star power at the top. Mitchell is an elite athlete with promising upside as a big-time wing scorer. Pressey is a dynamic ball-handler who can also score while running the point. Three-star prospects Green and Kreklow round out the class."
