Since KU took their ball and went home, the Boarder War is officially over after June 30, 2012. MU people can coach at KU and KU people can and will coach at MU ... big deal ...
Lol!! Mu fans are funny. You left the rivalry that was in tact for over 100 years within our different conferences....and we are the sore loser? Nope, I'm not buying it. Why do you care so much? You have new friends to play with. Get to know them. Hopefully you'll be fulfilled. We know you NEVER won here....NEVER.....maybe you'll have luck there. Doubt it......but good luck/riddens
No, we are not silly. We have a silly AD who has done everything that he can throughout his career to elevate his presence at The University at the expense of just about anyone and everything that has stood in his way. But then, hey, the current AD at Kansas and his predecessor were capable of some real bonehead moves themselves. I am reminded most recently of your current AD's remark about the KU/MU game belonging to the Big 12. Wrong, it belongs to the fans on both side of the state line. In fact, the game itself pre-dates all conference affiliations. My feeling is let the ADs and the adminstrators have their fun...the games should go on.
