Mizzou takes fifth straight MU-KU Border Showdown Series
Missouri’s fifth-place finish in the Big 12 men’s golf championships has given MU a fifth straight M&I Bank MU-KU Border Showdown Series title.
KU came in ninth in the men’s golf event, and that outcome gave Missouri a 23-14 lead in the all-sports contest with Kansas.
On two more points are in play for this school year, assuring Missouri of its seventh trophy in the nine years of the series with the Jayhawks.
